Return and exchange policy

We take care in sourcing and delivering our products. If an issue arises, please review the policy below.

Eligibility for exchange

Products may be eligible for exchange under the following conditions:

Machines may be exchanged for quality related issues within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

Cleaning tools, scales, cupping equipment, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect or transit damage is identified at delivery. Any defect must be documented with photographs immediately upon opening the package.

Products purchased during sale or promotional periods are not eligible for return or exchange.

Service bookings, spare parts, consumables, customized products, special bulk orders, and international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange process

If your purchase meets the criteria above, contact customer support within 7 days of delivery at admin@precisegadgets.

For quality or damage related cases, please provide the order number, date of purchase, delivery address, and images of the product and packaging.

Our team will review the request and respond within 3 working days.

If approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging with all included items. A reverse pickup will be arranged at no additional cost for eligible exchanges.Returned products are subject to inspection. If approved, a replacement will be dispatched within standard delivery timelines. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Customer initiated returns

If a return is approved for reasons other than defect or damage, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund policy

Refunds are issued only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or transit damage where replacement is not possible. For customer-initiated returns or failed deliveries, transaction fees may be deducted prior to refund.
